Claudia Del Zoppo provides needs analysis, work culture interventions, seminars and group workshops. Claudia has dealt with delivering the quality message, helping employees understand the shift to total customer focus, defining their new role of ownership with accountability and how to use continuous improvement as their competitive advantage. Other consulting areas that Claudia is experienced in are risk, strategic planning, shared responsibility teams and continuous improvement.
Prior to establishing her consulting practice, Claudia was a Sales line and staff manager for AT&T and Wilson Learning. Claudia has personally dealt with the issues of aligning merging cultures, including consolidation and conversion of an existing employee base into a single productive business. Claudia began consulting on the human side of quality in 1988 when companies began applying for the Malcolm Baldridge Award. She personally has led project teams and partnered with clients for long-term sustainable change, which has allowed her clients to compete in today's changing marketplace.

Janet Freudenstein is a dynamic organization development professional with a passion for creating performance solutions that support and achieve business results. She has worked closely with all levels of leadership as both an internal and external HR consultant. She has extensive experience in leadership development, team development and change communication. Other areas of expertise include; curriculum design, facilitation, strategic planning and coaching. Janet has provided human resource development consulting services to meet the needs of Fortune 500 companies as well as non-profit organizations.
Janet first experienced Jump Starting Your Team’s Performance as an internal consultant for the company who piloted the program. She now uses the program as an external consultant who works with organizations interested in moving their teams to higher levels of effectiveness.
Janet earned a double-major in Psychology and Communications: Public Information from Winona State University in Winona, Minnesota and her Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, Minnesota. |
