Our consulting practice focuses on business alignment issues that enhance organizational productivity in today's competitive marketplace. Our specialty is the human aspects of organizational change. We partner with our clients to define and analyze the impact of change on an organization's human capital. Then we facilitate the problem solving and solution definition processes.

Organizations and the individuals need to be aligned, working together to serve their customers in order to reach their business goals. Toward that end, CDZ & Associates specializes in custom-designed solutions that positively impact performance and business results. By tailoring our approach to specific needs and issues, members of the client organization can quickly assimilate and apply new knowledge and skills to their jobs.

 

Implementation
Whether the solution is executive coaching, large or small group facilitation, or "soft-skill" training interventions, we involve the client in the implementation. We hand off skills to our clients so that they can maintain their ongoing growth. We consider learning styles, socialization processes, and generational similarities and differences. Our objective and our underlying business philosophy is to help our clients help themselves, rather than create a climate of dependence.

Employees today have to be effective members of one or more work teams. To help them shift from our societal norm of individualism to one of interpersonal effectiveness, CDZ & Associates developed Future Oriented Teams, a multi-module-teaming program. This experiential program helps team members with that behavioral transition, and helps them understand the impact of their behaviors on the business. Using the Ripple Effect Model, also created by CDZ & Associates, team members learn how personal and business risks are linked to change.
